Events are quoted as one flat rate for the day or evening, based on:
- The hours the vehicle is reserved, including wait time between venues
- Distance between your venues and pickup points
- Day and time, since Saturday evenings book differently than weekday afternoons
- Number of pickup and drop-off runs in your timeline
- Late-night finishes past midnight
